Services description
Rectify provides tools to submit insurance quote requests, communicate with licensed advisors, and review published quotes. Rectify is not an insurance carrier. Quotes, coverage, and binding decisions are subject to underwriting, carrier approval, and applicable law.
Eligibility and account access
You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Portal access may require email verification or secure sign-in links issued by Rectify. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email and devices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
No guarantee of coverage
Information displayed through the Services is for quoting and review purposes. A quote is not a contract of insurance until accepted and bound according to carrier requirements. Premiums, terms, and availability may change.
Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, content, and software, are owned by Rectify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rectify disclaims warranties not expressly stated herein. Rectify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, except where prohibited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Services or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rectify Services LLC's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Dispute resolution procedures will be set forth in the final version of these Terms.
